Pricing questions

Is this a subscription?: No. Outpay does not charge a recurring fee, renew a plan, or require an account. Every checkout is a separate one-time payment.
What does the payment buy?: It buys promotional placement on the public Outpay leaderboard. It does not promise a fixed position, traffic, clicks, sales, or any financial return.
Can I improve my rank later?: Yes. Submit the same destination again and make a new payment. Only the highest eligible single payment for that destination determines its position.
What happens after a refund or reversal?: A refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise ineligible payment no longer determines rank. Read the refund policy.
