Terms of Service

1. The service

Outpay.lol is a paid promotional leaderboard. You submit a public destination and purchase placement with a one-time payment. Your product is ranked using its highest single eligible, successfully completed payment—not the sum of its payments.

A payment purchases promotional visibility only. It does not purchase a fixed rank or duration, a prize, an investment, equity, revenue share, or any promise of traffic or commercial results.

2. Rankings can change

Your final rank is based on eligible completed payments from all participants when your payment is confirmed. Another participant may complete a higher payment at any time, including while your checkout is open, and move ahead of you. We do not automatically refund a payment because a rank changed.

Ties are resolved consistently using the time of the qualifying payment and a deterministic identifier. Ranks are recalculated rather than permanently assigned.

3. Your submission

You must have the right to promote the destination you submit. It must be public, lawful, and safe to visit. You may not submit malware, deceptive destinations, unlawful content, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, hate content, or material that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

We may normalize a submitted URL, retrieve public metadata such as its title and favicon, group equivalent URLs into one product identity, and direct visitors through a tracked redirect. You grant us a limited license to display that public metadata for operating and promoting the leaderboard.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant-of-record provider. The exact amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for your placement, subject to any tax or payment information Paddle is legally required to present. A client-side checkout message does not activate a rank; we wait for verified server confirmation.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise no longer eligible, it is excluded from ranking. An older eligible payment for the same product may then become that product’s ranking amount.

5. Availability and moderation

We may remove or deactivate a destination that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, unavailable, or contrary to these terms. We may also take reasonable measures against manipulation, automated abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to disrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, metadata accuracy, click counts, or a particular volume of visitors.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Outpay.lol is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or linked third-party destinations.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@outpay.lol.
