Refund Policy
A completed payment purchases promotional leaderboard placement that begins once the payment is verified.

Placement begins immediately
After Paddle confirms a successful payment, the submitted product becomes eligible for ranking and promotional display. Because that service starts immediately, completed placement payments are generally non-refundable merely because another product later outpays you, your rank changes, or the placement receives fewer clicks than expected.
When to contact us
Please contact us promptly if you were charged more than once for the same intended checkout, the charged amount differs from the final Paddle checkout amount, the transaction was unauthorized, or a verified payment did not produce an eligible placement because of a technical error on our side.
Send the Paddle transaction reference and submitted destination to hello@outpay.lol. Do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
Review and processing
We review requests based on the payment record, fulfillment history, and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Banks and payment methods may take additional time to post the credit.
Effect on ranking
A refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged-back payment is no longer eligible to determine rank. If that product has another eligible successful payment, its next-highest single payment becomes its leaderboard value; otherwise its placement is removed.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Paddle may also communicate or administer refunds as merchant of record where required.
